By identifying opportunities in the beginning, we know that each project has been distilled down to its premium level of efficiency. The following categories are all part of this strategy that rounds out phase one of our process.
We believe it is essential to build a strong team and start planning for the framing well before our labor hits the site. Through our use of computer aided design we will pinpoint all critical dimensions and involve key trades in the planning process.
As soon as EDC is awarded, our purchasing department will then procure the material and lock in prices. This will ensure there are no delays or material increases from contract award to completion of our work.
EDC will provide a detailed schedule for our work. This will help our client know at what points other trades will be required in order to keep the work flowing in the most efficient way possible.
Before the work starts our Foreman will identify how all CAL/OSHA requirements will be met or exceeded in order to safely perform our work on our clients’ projects. All of our employees have completed safety training. Our foreman and project managers have their current CAL/OSHA 30 hour and CPR certification.
From the moment the work begins our project team will be dedicated to completing the clients project on time and on budget. EDC has always kept on schedule for our client’s projects according to their specification.
