This six-story, new construction, low-income housing project includes 107 single-occupant rooms, one manager unit, community rooms and a subterranean garage. It was built with photo voltaic energy systems.
Opened in 2013, the Gateways Apartments is new construction and is LEED Certified. Each of the 108 studio apartments feature kitchenette and full bathroom. 107 units are supportive housing for chronically homeless individuals and receive rental subsidies.
