The Renato is a six-story, 96 unit, 87,200 square foot, Type III fully sprinklered building with a Type I concrete podium and subterranean parking structure of new construction. It provides supportive housing and services to formerly homeless residents, meeting American Disabilities Act requirements as well as stringent standards required by the City of Los Angeles and State of California.
The building has two levels of subterranean parking. The ground floor houses meeting rooms, support services such as counseling facilities, computer/library, an open courtyard, community room, staff offices, and a communal kitchen, with residential units on the upper floors.
